At Renaissance Health, we believe that access to quality primary care is essential to a healthy life. While health insurance remains an important part of comprehensive healthcare, being uninsured should not prevent individuals and families from receiving the care they need.
The Renaissance Care Access (RCA) Program was created to provide affordable primary care services for fellow Oklahomans who are working toward their financial goals, experiencing a temporary gap in coverage, or in the process of obtaining health insurance.
Our mission is simple: to help build a healthier Oklahoma by providing compassionate, high-quality care without compromising clinical standards—regardless of insurance status.

RCA Wellness Essentials — $299/year
Best for generally healthy adults or patients with one stable, low-complexity condition, such as:
- Mild high cholesterol
- Stable hypothyroidism
- Prediabetes
- Mild vitamin deficiency
Includes:
- Annual wellness exam
- CBC, CMP, lipid panel, and HbA1c
- Lab review and preventive care plan
- One follow-up or telehealth visit
- Discounted additional services
RCA Everyday Care — $499/year
Best for patients with one or two stable chronic conditions, such as:
- Controlled hypertension
- Type 2 diabetes not requiring insulin
- High cholesterol
- Stable hypothyroidism
- Mild asthma
- Obesity
Includes:
- Annual wellness exam
- Annual basic labs
- Three in-person visits
- Two telehealth visits
- Routine prescription management
- Discounted additional services
RCA Complete Care — $699/year
Best for patients with multiple chronic conditions requiring regular monitoring, such as:
- Hypertension
- Type 2 diabetes
- High cholesterol
- Thyroid disorders
- Obesity
- Stable asthma or COPD
- Stable cardiovascular disease
Includes:
- Annual wellness exam
- Two sets of routine
- monitoring labs
- Six in-person visits
- Four telehealth visits
- Prescription management
- Preventive care and referral coordination
RCA Chronic Care Plus — $899/year
Best for patients with complex or frequently monitored chronic conditions, including:
- Diabetes requiring frequent medication adjustments
- Difficult to control hypertension
- Multiple cardiovascular risk factors
- Heart disease or heart failure
- requiring close primary care follow-up
- Multiple chronic medical conditions
- Frequent medication-management needs
Includes:
- Comprehensive initial assessment
- Six chronic-care visits
- Three sets of routine monitoring labs
- Six telehealth visits
- Medication and condition management
- Specialist referral coordination
Renaissance Couple Care - $1,199/year for 2
- Includes the benefits of the Complete Care Package for two adults living in the same household.
- This provides approximately a $199 household discount compared with purchasing two individual $699 packages.
Important Membership Disclosure –
The Renaissance Care Access Program is a direct primary care membership and is not health insurance. It covers only the services specifically listed in the membership agreement.
The program does not cover emergency care, hospitalization, specialist care, imaging, medications, or any service not expressly included. Members are responsible for all excluded services and are encouraged to maintain separate health insurance coverage.

Membership Termination and Refund Policy –
Either party may terminate the membership with written notice. Any unearned prepaid membership fees will be refunded in accordance with the membership agreement and applicable Oklahoma law.
